Ecotherapy Wellness Group: Self Representation Nature Journaling

Learn and practice ecotherapy techniques that will help you feel more connected to your mind, body, and environment, all while reaping the benefits of the natural world. This group is for students who are interested in implementing nature-based mindfulness techniques into their daily life or who are interested in better understanding themselves.
