  • Local Station at Buona Cucina: Featuring ingredients grown and produced in Wisconsin, supporting local businesses and reducing food miles.
  • Seasonal Station at Capital City Pizza: Enjoy seasonal foods grown locally, supporting natural ecosystem cycles.
  • Low Carbon Station at 1849: Highlighting items with a low carbon footprint, including fruits, vegetables, and organic products.
  • Indigenous Station: Featuring Indigenous foodways and honoring Native American agricultural traditions.
  • Plant Forward Station at Fired Up: Focusing on fruits and vegetables as main menu items to reduce carbon footprint.
